Terms of Service
Effective date: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Security Timing Report at delayorclaim.com and your purchase of the report we provide (a personalized estimate of the Social Security claiming age that produces the largest expected lifetime benefit). By using this site or buying a report, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
The Social Security Timing Report sells a one-time informational report for $19. The report applies the SSA's early-claiming reduction and delayed-retirement-credit rules to the numbers you supply and to a longevity assumption you choose, and estimates the claiming age with the largest expected lifetime benefit for you.
2. The report is an informational estimate, not advice
The report is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is an estimate, not a professional service, and it is not, and must not be relied on as, financial, tax, legal, or retirement-planning advice. It does not create any professional-client or advisory relationship. It is not a substitute for the Social Security Administration, a licensed financial advisor, or a tax professional reviewing your specific situation. You are solely responsible for any decision you make about when to claim, and you should confirm your own figures at ssa.gov and consider consulting a fee-only advisor before you file.
3. No warranty
The report and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The report models published SSA rules against the inputs you provide; it does not account for every factor that can affect your benefit (such as taxes on benefits, the earnings test, future cost-of-living adjustments, or full spousal and survivor optimization), and we do not warrant that the estimate is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Social Security Timing Report, its operators, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or benefits, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the report or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the report ($19).
5. Refunds
Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are provided for delivery failure, for example, if you paid but did not receive your report, or the report could not be generated for the numbers you supplied. If your report failed to arrive or cannot be produced, email [email protected] and we will re-deliver it or refund your purchase. If you believe a specific figure in your report is wrong, contact us and we will investigate and, where a delivery or generation fault is on our side, make it right.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, republish, or redistribute the report as your own product; scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the site; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; or use the site or report for any unlawful purpose. The report is licensed to you for your own personal use.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its text, and the report format are owned by the Social Security Timing Report and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public data and rules published by the Social Security Administration belong to their respective sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report you purchase for your own purposes.
8. Not affiliated with the Social Security Administration
The Social Security Timing Report is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency. Official information and account access are available only at ssa.gov.
9. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Analytics are provided by Fathom Analytics. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, though we choose them with your privacy in mind (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which the operator of the Social Security Timing Report is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the courts located there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
